HS5 vs IM8 vs Tmrw Review: Ingredients, Price and Formula Compared

By the Healthful Seasons Editorial TeamLast updated September 9, 2026
HS5 Multi Collagen Formula jar compared to IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials sachets and Tmrw Daily Longevity pouch

Something has changed in how women over 40 shop for a daily supplement, and it starts with a better question. Not “what can I take to feel healthier?” but “what will actually change, and how will I know?”

That question sorts this category fast.

Three products dominate the feeds right now: IM8, co-founded by David Beckham, Tmrw, the newer longevity entrant, and HS5. They are advertised to the same woman in similar language. They are not built for the same job, and the differences matter more than the packaging suggests.

How We Compared These Products

We used each brand’s own published information: supplement panels, ingredient lists, serving sizes, subscription and one-time pricing, and current advertising. Where a brand does not disclose an amount, we say so rather than estimating.

We did not test the products in a lab, and we did not run a clinical trial. Where we reference research, it is published research on individual ingredients, listed at the end of this article, not studies of these three specific products.

We sell HS5. Read this the way you would read any comparison written by a company that makes one of the products in it, and check the labels yourself.

What Should a Daily Powder Do for a Woman Over 40?

Before comparing brands, it helps to decide what you actually want the product to do. What a 45-year-old woman needs is not what a 25-year-old athlete needs. Most all-in-one powders are built for a general adult, not for her.

Skin hydration, firmness, and the look of fine lines
Hair and nails
Joints and connective tissue
Digestion and regularity
Appetite and feeling full
Lean muscle and body composition, along with sensible eating and movement
Daily vitamins and minerals

IM8 and Tmrw cover the last one well. HS5 is built for the first six.

Already the gap begins to show. These formulas are engineered toward completely different definitions of what a daily supplement is for.

The Serving Size Reality Check

Every all-in-one powder advertises its ingredient count. IM8 lists more than 90. Tmrw lists 88.

Neither puts the serving weight on the front of the package, and that number determines everything.

IM8 ships in single-serve sachets weighing 13.6 to 14.4 grams. That is the entire serving. Ninety-plus ingredients, plus flavoring and the berry base, inside roughly fourteen grams.

HS5 delivers 18.14 grams of protein peptides in a single scoop. That is more than the entire weight of an IM8 sachet.

This is not a criticism of their formulating. It is a physical constraint. A fourteen-gram sachet can hold a great many things measured in milligrams and almost nothing measured in grams, which is why both all-in-one products deliver micronutrients and neither delivers protein peptides or hyaluronic acid.

Product 01

IM8: Built for Micronutrient Coverage, Not Visible Change

IM8 offers genuine micronutrient density and a well-formed vitamin and mineral base.

IM8 Essentials and Longevity supplement packaging with stick packs and a prepared red mixed berry drink on a kitchen counter

Where it succeeds

  • CoQ10 at 100 mg and MSM at 1,000 mg, both at levels the research supports
  • Bioavailable nutrient forms, including methylated B12 and P-5-P B6
  • Pre-, pro- and postbiotic blend
  • NSF Certified for Sport

Where it falls short for this buyer

  • No protein peptides and no hyaluronic acid, so skin structure, hair and nails are unaddressed
  • Full coverage requires Essentials plus Longevity: two products and two subscriptions
  • Its menopause advertising names outcomes while noting it is nutritional rather than hormonal support
  • Many advertised outcomes are ones you take largely on trust rather than observe

Product 02

Tmrw: Built for Longevity Compounds, Not Daily Experience

Tmrw is the more transparent of the two on dosing, and it does not hide behind proprietary blends.

Tmrw Daily Longevity blue supplement pouch with a prepared blue drink in a clean contemporary setting

Where it succeeds

  • 500 mg NMN, CaAKG and TMG, dosed and disclosed
  • 10 probiotic strains rather than a spore-only approach
  • Thaumatin instead of stevia
  • NSF-certified manufacturing

Where it falls short for this buyer

  • Same fourteen-gram constraint: no protein peptides and no hyaluronic acid
  • Its own materials describe meaningful change over months and years and recommend at least three months
  • Nothing in the formula targets skin, hair, nails or appetite
  • At $2.96 a serving it is priced identically to IM8 while covering a narrower set of daily needs

Product 03

HS5: Built Backwards From What Women Actually Notice

HS5 starts from a different question: what sent her looking in the first place?

It is almost never a lab panel. It is a morning in front of the mirror. The skin along the jaw sits differently. The ponytail feels thinner. Rings turn. The jeans button, but not the way they did in March.

What HS5 includes

  • 18.14 g protein peptides and 20 amino acids from grass-fed bovine, wild-caught Alaskan fish, cage-free chicken and eggshell membrane
  • 160 mg hyaluronic acid for skin hydration and joint lubrication support
  • Glucomannan, a thick konjac root soluble fiber studied for digestive health and appetite support
  • 180 mg vitamin C at 200% DV, required for the body’s own connective tissue synthesis
  • L-Carnitine L-Tartrate for energy metabolism
  • Unflavored: one scoop mixes into coffee or a smoothie
  • Made in the USA in an FDA-registered GMP facility and third-party tested
Michelle Baldini and Natalie Bilinovich — the HS5 formulation team

Who formulated it

HS5 was developed by Michelle Baldini, founder and owner of Healthful Seasons, working with Natalie Bilinovich, MSN, APRN, CNP, Clinical Partner, Healthful Seasons, whose practice is in dermatology, and a veteran supplement formulator at an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency.

The amounts were chosen by people who work with skin and supplement manufacturing—not picked to make a longer ingredient list.

Rather than trying to be a multivitamin with extras, HS5 covers the gram-dose actives a micronutrient sachet has no room for.

Skin structure, hair and nails are built from amino acids. No quantity of micronutrients substitutes for the raw material, and neither all-in-one formula contains any.

Gut Health and Digestive Support

All three say they support digestion. They go about it in very different ways.

Think of it as three jobs.

Probiotics add good bacteria. Fiber feeds that bacteria and keeps things moving. Amino acids are what your gut lining is built from.

IM8 and Tmrw both focus on the first job. Tmrw uses ten strains, which is the broader mix of the two. HS5 does the other two.

Glucomannan is not ordinary fiber. It comes from konjac root, and it soaks up many times its weight in water to form a gel in your stomach. That gel adds bulk and moisture, which supports regularity. And it takes up space, which helps you feel full. Both effects have been studied in reviews of randomized trials.

It is also why HS5 is thicker than most drink mixes. That is the fiber doing its job, not a mixing problem.

The amino acids matter here too. Your gut lining is made of protein, and glycine is one of the main amino acids in it. HS5 gives you 18.14 grams of protein peptides, high in glycine. Neither of the other two gives you any real amount, because there is no room for it in a fourteen-gram packet.

Here is the practical part. Most American adults do not get enough fiber. Almost no one is short on probiotic pills. A daily drink that adds a thick soluble fiber fills the gap most women actually have. It is also the one thing on this list you notice at your next meal instead of next season.

Ingredient Considerations

Vitamin C amounts differ a lot

IM8 has 900 mg. Tmrw has 400 mg. HS5 has 180 mg, which is twice the daily value. Your body needs vitamin C to build connective tissue, and 180 mg covers that job without going high for the sake of a bigger number on the label.

One product or two

IM8’s full routine means buying two products and taking both. HS5 is one scoop.

HS5 is the clear value winner. At $1.96 a serving it costs roughly a third less than either alternative, and it is the only one of the three whose complete offering is a single product.

IM8’s full coverage runs $196 a month across two subscriptions. That is more than three times HS5’s 30-day equivalent, for a formula that does not address skin, hair, nails or satiety at all.

The verdict

HS5 is our pick for women over 40.

It is the only formula here that delivers gram-dose actives. 18.14 grams of protein peptides with a 20 amino acid profile, 160 mg of hyaluronic acid, and a viscous soluble fiber. Those are the inputs behind skin hydration and elasticity, hair, nails, joint comfort, digestive regularity and satiety. Neither IM8 nor Tmrw contains any of them.

It is the only one that works both sides of gut health: fiber and amino acids, rather than probiotic strains alone.

It is the cheapest, at $1.96 a serving against $2.97 and $2.96. IM8’s complete offering runs $196 a month across two subscriptions, more than three times HS5’s thirty-day equivalent.

And it is the only one you can actually evaluate. The research window on peptide supplementation runs four to twelve weeks. You have a mirror, you have hands, you get dressed every morning, and you will know how you feel at eleven in the morning. By spring you will have your own answer, and you will not need anyone to interpret it for you.

Where IM8 still makes sense

Need broad micronutrient coverage and want to retire a shelf of bottles? IM8 does that job well, and its CoQ10 and MSM dosing is genuinely strong.

Where Tmrw still makes sense

Want NAD+ compounds specifically, and would otherwise buy NMN and CaAKG separately? Tmrw is the more transparent formulation and the better value in that narrow case.

Already taking one of them? Keep it, and add HS5. It is unflavored, mixes into the same morning coffee, and requires no second ritual. Starting from scratch? Start with the one you can check.
